ڕێکخراوێکی عێراقی پاڵشتی گەورەی رۆژنامەنووسان دەکات

سەرباری دۆخی نالەباری رۆژنامەنووسانی عێراق و بەرزبونەوەی ئامارەکانی پێشێلکاری بەرامبەر بە رۆژنامەنووسان، بەڵام رێکخراوی “العراقية لوكالات الانباء”, کە ڕێکخراوێکی فەرمیە، توانیویەتی ماوەی چەندین ساڵە پشتیوانی مادی و مەعنەوی رۆژنامەنووسان بکات.

لەساڵی ٢٠١٢وە دامەزراوە، تاکە ڕێکخراوێکە کە لەلایەن حکومەتی عێراقیەوە پاڵپشتی تەواوەتی دەکرێت.

ئاماژەی بەوەشدا کە تەنها ڕێکخراوێکە بەهۆی ئەو باجە فەرمیەی کە هەیەتی دەتوانێت لەبازگەکان بەبێ رێگری تێبپەڕن یان سەردانی فەرمانگە و شوێنە گشتیەکان و زیندانەکان بکەن بەبێ وەرگرتنی مۆڵەتی پێشوەختە.

سەبارەت بە ژمارەی ئەندامەکانیان، وتی: لە سەرانسەری عێراقدا خاوەنی ٣٠٠ ئەندامین، وە بۆ بوون بە ئەندام لەم ڕێخکراوە پێویستە ئەزمونوو و شارەزایی چەند ساڵەت هەبێت لەبواری ڕاگەیاند.

لەبارەی هاوکاریەکانیان، ئاشکرای کرد کە ئەندامانی ڕێکخراوی العراقية لوكالات الانباء خاوەنی پاڵپشتی داراییە لەلایەن حکومەتی عێراقیەوە و وە توانویەتی هاوکاری دارایی ئەندامەکانی خۆی بکات، بۆ نموونە ساڵی ٢٠٢٤، ٢٥ ئەندامی ئەم ڕێکخراوە لەلایەن حکومەتی عێراق زەویان وەرگرت کە نرخی هەر زەویەک نزیک بە ٥٠ ملیۆن بوو، بۆ ئەمساڵیش ژمارەیەک ئەندامی دیکەیان بەربژێرکردوون بۆ وەرگرتنی زەوی لە کەرکوک و پارێزگاکانی تری عێراق.

دەڵێت; وەک رێکخراوەکە توانیومانە لە هەولێر و سلێمانیش کار و چالاکیمان هەبێت و بەم زوانەش لە شاری سلێمانی نووسینگە دەکەینەوە.

An Iraqi organization provides great support to journalists
Despite the plight of Iraqi journalists and the increasing number of violations against journalists, the Iraqi Journalists’ Localities Organization, an official organization, has been able to provide financial and moral support to journalists for many years.

Kashma Farooq, a member of the Kurdish Intellectuals Organization in the UK, contacted Dr. Qatiba Fazil Mohammed Amin, media consultant and head of the Kirkuk and Sulaimani offices of the Iraqi Locals Organization.

Dr. Qutiba Fazel, a spokesman for the Kurdish Intellectuals Organization in the UK, said: “The Iraqi Local News Organization is affiliated to the Iraqi Journalists Agency and is authorized by the Iraqi government and is a member of the Arab National Board of Journalists.
Established in 2012, it is the only organization fully supported by the Iraqi government.

He added that only an organization can pass through checkpoints or visit offices, public places and prisons without prior permission due to the official tax.

“We have 300 members throughout Iraq, and to become a member of this organization you must have several years of experience and expertise in the field of media,” he said.

For example, in 2024, 25 members of this organization received land from the Iraqi government worth about 50 million each, and this year they have nominated a number of other members to receive land in Kirkuk and other Iraqi provinces.

He says; As an organization, we have been able to have activities in Erbil and Sulaimani and will soon open an office in Sulaimani.

Regarding the support of journalists who face violations, Dr. Qutiba Fazil, through the Kurdish Intellectuals Organization in the UK, revealed that the only organization in Iraq that genuinely supports journalists, whether members of their organization or non-members Moral or the arrest of a lawyer has helped and we will continue to do so.
