The Kurdish Intellectuals Organization (KCO), led by Dr. Gova Ahmed alongside members of the High Council, actively represented the Kurdish community at the quarterly meeting of Sandwell Council in the West Midlands.
The meeting, held every three months, brought together senior local authority officials, prominent figures, and representatives of the Monarch (King’s Representatives). Discussions focused on addressing key public issues, community affairs, and improving local services.
As the sole Kurdish organization representing the community within Sandwell Council, KCO remains dedicated to advocating for Kurdish interests, enhancing civic services, and ensuring effective representation. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone for their continued trust and support as we strive to strengthen the Kurdish voice within official UK institutions.
