بانگەوازێکی گرنگ بۆ ڕەوەندی کوردی – دەنگتان گرنگە
هاوڕێ و دۆستانی ئازیز،
ڕەوەندی کوردی نیگەرانی جدی هەیە سەبارەت بە گۆڕانکارییە پێشنیارکراوەکانی حکومەت لە یاساکانی پەنابەران و کۆچبەران و پێشنیاری گۆڕینی پێدانی ڕەگەزنامەی جنسیە بەریتانی. ئەم کێشانە کاریگەری لەسەر زۆرێک لە خێزانەکانمان هەیە، و گرنگە کە نیگەرانییەکانمان لە ڕێگەی کەناڵە فەرمی و ناسراوەکانەوە بگەیەنین — نەک تەنها لە گفتوگۆ تایبەتەکانماندا بمێننەوە.
وەک پاڵپشتییەک بۆ هەوڵە بەردەوامەکانی پێشتری بەڕێز سەرباز بەرزنجی، کە بەردەوام لەهەوڵدابووە لەگەڵ بەرپرسانی حکومەتی بەریتانیا و لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان و لەکۆبونەوەکان نیگەرانییەکانی گەیاندووە و داواکاری فەرمی پێشکەشکردووە.وە ک چۆن سەردانی سەرۆکی دادگای گشتی بەریتانیا سپریم کۆرتی کرد و خەڵاتی پێشکەش ڤە سەرۆکی دادگا و مەحکەمە بەڕێزەکەش کرد کرد بۆ ڕاگرتنی ناردنی پەنابەران لەلایەن حکومەتی پێشتری بەریتانیا، وە لە ئەنجامدا بەهۆی بڕیاری سەرۆکی دادگای گشتی بەریتانیا هەوڵەکان بۆ ڕەوانەکردنی پەنابەران بۆ ڕەواندا ڕاگیرا
لە ئێستادا نامەیەکی فەرمی بۆ دەربڕینی نیگەرانی ئامادە کراوە و بڕیارە لەلایەن بەڕێز سەرباز بەرزنجی
و کۆمەڵەی کوردی بەریتانیا وە پێشکەش بە سەرۆک وەزیران و لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان بکرێت.
ئەم نامەیە جەخت لەسەر چەند خاڵێکی سەرەکی و چارەنوسساز دەکاتەوە، لەوانە:
پاراستنی مافی مانەوە ئەو کەسانەی داوای مافی پەنابەر دەکەن: داکۆکیکردن لەو کەسانەی کە ڕێگەی ئارام یان یاساییان لەبەردەستدا نەبووە بۆ گەیشتن بە ئارامی.
مامەڵەی شایستە: جەختکردنەوە لەوەی کە دەبێت بە
کەرامەت، دادپەروەری و بەزەییەوە مامەڵە لەگەڵ پەنابەران بکرێت.
ڕێگای ڕەگەزنامە بەریتانی: پاراستن و هێشتنەوەی ڕێکارەکان بە شێوەیەکی دادپەروەرانە بۆ بەدەستهێنانی جنسیەی بەریتانی.
پابەندبوون بە یاسا نێودەوڵەتییەکان: جەختکردنەوە لەسەر پابەندبوونی شانشینی یەکگرتوو بەریتانیا بە ئەرکەکانی بەپێی یاسا مرۆییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان.
سزانەدانی پەنابەران: جەختکردنەوە لەوەی هیچ گۆڕانکارییەکی سیاسی نەبێتە هۆی سزادانی ئەو کەسانەی کە بە مەبەستی پاراستنی ژیانیان و بۆ سەلامەتی وەک پەنابەر ڕوویان لە بەریتانیا کردووە.
بۆ بەهێزکردنی ئەم نامەیە و نیشاندانی هەڵوێستیەکەمان، ئێمە ناوی پشتیوانان کۆ دەکەینەوە.
بە پڕکردنەوەی ئەم فۆرمە، ئێوە پشتیوانی خۆتان بۆ ئەم نامەیە دووپات دەکەنەوە و هاوکار دەبن لە نیشاندانی ئەوەی کە ئەم نیگەرانییانە لەلایەن بەشێکی فراوانی ڕەوەندی کوردییەوە هاوبەشن.
داوا لە هەمووان دەکەین تەنها چەند ساتێکی کەم لە کاتتان تەرخان بکەن بۆ پڕکردنەوەی فۆرمەکە بە نووسینی ناو، ئیمەیڵ، و ژمارە تەلەفۆنتان.
تکایە دڵنیابن لەوەی پێش 05/01/2026 فۆرمەکە پڕبکەنەوە، تاوەکو ناوتان بەفەرمی بۆ پاڵپشتی نامەکە بنێردرێت.
هاوکات لەگەڵ ئەو هەوڵە بەردەوامانەی پێشتر و ئێستای بەڕێز سەرباز بەرزنجی،
ئەمەش ڕێگەیەکی مەدەنی و بنیاتنەرە بۆ ئەوەی دەنگمان بگاتە بڕیاردەران. لە ڕێگەی دەستپێشخەریی ئاوەهاوە، نیگەرانییەکانمان دەگاتە شوێنی مەبەست و تەنها لە ناو سۆشیاڵ میدیا و فەیس بووک و لە نێوان مەجلیس و کۆبونەوەکانی خۆماندا نامێنێتەوە.

A Call to Our Kurdish Community – Your Voice Matters
Dear friends,
Our community has deep and urgent concerns about the Government’s proposed changes to refugee and immigration laws. These changes could significantly impact Kurdish refugees and many other communities who came to the United Kingdom seeking safety. It is essential that our concerns are raised through official and recognised channels so they reach the people who make the decisions.
The United Kingdom is a country built on the rule of law, where concerns must be expressed through civilised, respectful, and lawful means. By acting through these proper channels, we show our commitment to the values of this country — and such a civilised approach is always recognised and appreciated.
A formal letter of concern is prepared and will be submitted to the Prime Minister by Sarbaz Barznji, Kurds for Labour, and the UK Kurdish Association.
Sarbaz Barznji has consistently been an advocate for the Kurdish community and for people in need across British society. He has long stood for fairness, justice, and equality, and has repeatedly raised his voice on behalf of those facing persecution, hardship, and other challenges. This initiative continues that commitment.
The letter highlights several key points, including the need to:
• Protect individuals who fled persecution, especially those who had no safe or legal routes to reach the UK
• Ensure refugees are treated with dignity, fairness, and compassion
• Maintain accessible and fair pathways to British citizenship, particularly for those who have built their lives here
• Uphold the United Kingdom’s obligations under international humanitarian law
• Guarantee that no policy change penalises those who came to the UK seeking safety
To strengthen this initiative, we are gathering supporting names from the Kurdish community across the UK.
