Kurdish Intellectuals Organization-UK

In Manchester, UK, Kurdish Intellectuals Organization-UK organized a cultural conference entitled “Torch of Life Conference” This important event was held on Monday, November 25, 2025 with the participation of Mr. Abdullah Mullah Nuri as a special guest.

The conference discussed a number of national and cultural issues: political and social issues of the country, the role of Kurdish intellectuals abroad, cultural activities and the importance of preserving national identity, relations between Kurds abroad and the country, as well as current situation and future expectations.

The conference was attended by a large number of Kurdish residents in Manchester and the surrounding area, which shows that there is a significant interest and passion among the Kurdish community in the UK to participate in cultural activities. This cultural activity was a bright example of the continuity of cultural activity among Kurds abroad and has a great impact on strengthening the sense of national commonality.

Kurdish Intellectuals-UK continues to serve cultural and national purposes and hopes to contribute to raising awareness and a deeper understanding of important issues of our people through such activities.
