لە شەوی ٢٩\١٢\٢٠٢٥، لەگەڕکی پەنجا عەلی لە شاری کەرکوک، لەکاتی رووماڵ کردنی نارەزایەتی و خۆپیشاندانی هاوڵاتیان بەهۆی نەبوونی کارەباوە، لەپەخشی راستەوخۆدا هێرش دەکرێتە سەر رۆژنامەنووسی میدیای ”کۆ دەنگ”.

هێرشەکە لەلایەن کەسێکی نەناسراوە ئەنجام دراوە و بە هەڕەشەوە بە رۆژنامەنووسەکە دەوترێت ئەو پەخشی راستەوخۆیە بسرەوە و لێرە برۆن.

ڕێکخراوی ڕۆشنبیرانی کورد لە بەریتانیا ئیدانەی ئەم بەردەوام هێرش و پێشێلکاریانە دەکات و بە مەترسی لەسەر کاری رۆژنامەنووسی لە هەرێمی کوردستان و نەبونی ئازادی رادەربرین، نیشانی دەدات.

Violations against journalists in the Kurdistan Region continue and the Kurdish Intellectuals Organization in the UK continues to support journalists and record all violations and then present them.

On the night of 29/12/2025, a journalist of Ko Dang media was attacked while covering the protests and demonstrations of citizens due to lack of electricity in Panja Ali neighborhood of Kirkuk.

The attack was carried out by an unknown person and the journalist was threatened to turn off the live broadcast and leave.

The Kurdish Intellectuals Organization in the UK condemns these continuous attacks and violations and describes them as a threat to journalism in the Kurdistan Region and the lack of freedom of expression.
